Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay informed on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and contributing to conversion and attachment metrics.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Be available for required shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
  • Passion for beauty, current trends and customer empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to reliably meet scheduling requirements and maintain punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
