Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service across colour, skincare and fragrance categories and at the cash desk.
  • Greet customers enthusiastically, assess needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Perform makeup services and personalized demonstrations as required.
  • Share product knowledge and upsell services that meet client needs.
  • Support training and development: ensure nominated team members complete brand 'deep dive' training and contribute to peer coaching.
  • Participate in stock control activities, report inventory issues to management and comply with sampling policies.
  • Support store events and promotional activations and participate in loss‑prevention initiatives.
  • Operate cashier functions and point‑of‑sale systems as designated.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and clear written skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty and client service; ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
  • Cash handling / POS experience and basic inventory awareness; makeup application skills preferred.
