Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations to enhance client confidence.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a proven ability to deliver excellent service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.

  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
