Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an atmosphere of openness and empowerment.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence in clients.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is preferred.
