Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice, and helping customers select suitable products.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training programs to maintain product knowledge.
• Prepare product displays in designated areas and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist store managers in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour shifts per day.
