Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Participate in Sephora University training and complete brand and in-store training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, with two days off per week, and an 8-hour workday.
