Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultations, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
