Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
  • Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University and other brand and regional training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer purchases according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
