Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Sephora's brand philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain and manage the designated area, ensuring product displays are organized and shelves are clean.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

No specific experience required, but a background in retail or customer service is advantageous.
