Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
• Participate in and complete foundational training and exams at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
