Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge and application techniques.
  • Remain current on industry trends, new product launches and techniques to deliver relevant advice.
  • Drive individual and store sales by achieving targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain an inviting salesfloor: manage stock, execute merchandising standards and keep the environment clean and organized.
  • Work scheduled shifts including peak periods (evenings, weekends and holidays) to ensure reliable coverage.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑facing retail experience and demonstrated aptitude for delivering excellent client service.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and confidence in product application and recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to contribute to an inclusive, target‑driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.

Experience

Entry‑level. Prior retail or customer service experience in a beauty or cosmetics environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for beauty and trends is essential.
