Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous and informed assistance.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
- Share product knowledge with clients and perform makeovers as needed.
- Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
- Engage in continuous learning about new products.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
- Understand and perform cashier host functions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners with clarity and conciseness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation
