Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-focused store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a desire to empower client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
  • Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it into client guidance.
  • Reliable availability for required weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated client-facing service ability is preferred.
