Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, product-led consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance that reflect Sephora’s service philosophy and elevate the customer experience.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPIs through proactive clienteling and product recommendations.
  • Adhere to hygiene protocols and operational SOPs throughout the customer service process, including application and testing procedures.
  • Support daily store operations as assigned by store management, including cashiering and accurate execution of promotional and CRM policies.
  • Prepare and maintain product displays within the assigned area, replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure visual standards align with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in stock management activities — receiving, returns and inventory counts — and implement first-in, first-out and 5S principles to minimise shrinkage.
  • Complete required company and brand trainings, pass requisite assessments, and share knowledge with colleagues to foster collective development.
  • Report operational issues and product/visual concerns to store management in a timely manner and assist with ad hoc tasks as directed.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare and the fashion/beauty industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an optimistic, customer-focused demeanour and effective communication abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing brand and product training.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, hygiene rules and company policies reliably.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support multiple store functions when required.

Experience
