Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, based on store needs, and an 8-hour workday.
