Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
• Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
• Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
