Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process transactions in accordance with cashier procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and an 8-hour workday.
