Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and objectives.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure an organized, attractive sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-focused environment and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and dependable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong client-service aptitude and a quick capacity to learn product knowledge.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal or informal training in cosmetics, esthetics or beauty retail is a plus.
