Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty advice during the holiday campaign.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sephora's product range, including fragrances, makeup, haircare, and skincare.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to creating a festive and dynamic shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in current beauty trends.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a beauty advisory role is preferred.
