Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining the required appearance and uniform standards.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions.
- Manage product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the designated area.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
