Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the designated area.
• Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and an eight-hour workday.
