Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain the designated area, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are clean.
  • Process customer purchases according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist store managers in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Excellent customer service awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour workdays.
