Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University training, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain product knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining stock inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and an 8-hour workday.

Skills

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in retail or beauty is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
