Sephora Canada in Halifax is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor. Provide personalized beauty consultations and drive sales in a client-focused retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, new launches and application techniques.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs and performance targets.
  • Support inventory management, visual merchandising and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company standards and policies.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented team.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to meet part-time scheduling requirements (15–29 hrs/week) and peak retail hours.

Experience
