Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Sephora's brand philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are well-prepared and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
