Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, providing expert consultation and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
- Process customer purchases at the register following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
