Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and examinations, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain responsibility for product displays in the designated area, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
