Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, providing consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
  • Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Prepare product displays within designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
