Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Athens, GA — part-time entry-level role, $18–$23/hr, flexible scheduling and healthcare benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and maintain an organized, visually appealing and compliant store environment.
  • Uphold Sephora operational standards and policies to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing role.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a goal-driven environment.

Experience

Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer service aptitude and eagerness to learn product knowledge is valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
