Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment.
  • Support inventory management and merchandising efforts.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
  • Adhere to Sephora Canada’s standards and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service.

Skills

Passion for beauty and current trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.
