Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
  • Stay current with product launches, techniques and industry trends to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
  • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-service environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to learn continuously.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
