Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and maintain client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and contributing to revenue targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent punctuality and attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles demonstrating excellent customer service and relationship building.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with the ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering one-to-one consultations.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
- Availability for scheduled shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
