Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform while advising customers on suitable products.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain the designated area by preparing product displays and ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in retail or customer service is advantageous.
