Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
• Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Conduct cashier duties following established procedures and standards.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
