Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and elevate their beauty routine.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly and convey product knowledge effectively to clients and colleagues.
  • Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
