Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive client loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, application techniques, and education to empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
  • Keep current with beauty trends, new product launches, and category techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented culture by supporting colleagues and following company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and confidence coaching; demonstrable interest in cosmetics and skincare.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
