Sephora Coconut Creek (FL) is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations and drive sales. $15.50–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application, ingredients and routines.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain visual standards: support merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment and a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, provide reliable attendance and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong customer-service aptitude will be considered.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and meet the role’s minimum weekly hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong customer-service skills and an enthusiasm for beauty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, cosmetology, makeup artistry or skincare certifications are a plus.
