Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty advice during the Christmas campaign.
  • Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
  • Promote Sephora's diverse range of products, including fragrances, makeup, hair care, and skincare.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and festive store environment.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar role.
  • Passion for the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in English or other languages is advantageous.

Skills

Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and sales skills. Team player with a proactive attitude.

Experience

Experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty industry is preferred.
