Sephora Changzhou is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver expert makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations aligned with Sephora service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products and working to achieve store KPIs and sales targets.
- Operate the till and execute transactions in accordance with company cashiering SOPs, promotions and CRM procedures while safeguarding cash handling processes.
- Prepare and maintain visual merchandising within assigned areas: replenish stock, ensure displays meet brand standards and execute seasonal/promotional layouts.
- Manage stock processes including receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO handling to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
- Complete mandatory company trainings and brand/region training sessions; share knowledge with colleagues and support team development.
- Comply with all company policies and perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

- Eagerness to learn, proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to follow hygiene standards, visual guidelines and point-of-sale procedures consistently.
Skills
Experience
Typically suitable for candidates with little to no prior experience; 0–2 years of retail or beauty-related experience preferred. Proven retail sales experience or prior cosmetology/beauty advisory work is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in beauty, cosmetics or cosmetology preferred but not required.
