Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Educate and empower clients through product demonstrations, application techniques and trend guidance.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and welcoming.
  • Stay current on beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail peak hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly shift minimums.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
