Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and advice.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and products available at Sephora.
  • Drive sales and meet store targets through proactive customer engagement.
  • Accurately process customer transactions and maintain cash operations.
  • Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory.
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain product displays.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to uphold Sephora's brand standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and sales performance.
  • Support new store opening procedures by setting up merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service environments, particularly in store operations.
  • Passion for and knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in a retail or customer-focused environment is required.
