Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with two days off per week.
