Sephora is hiring a full‑time Beauty Advisor in Beijing to deliver expert makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and support store sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert, personalized consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Drive individual and store sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and contributing to achievement of KPIs.
- Adhere to brand presentation standards: adopt company grooming and uniform requirements and maintain a high‑impact visual merchandising for assigned areas.
- Participate in cashier operations: execute transactions per SOPs, apply promotions and CRM policies accurately, and ensure cash handling security.
- Execute stock management tasks including receiving, returns, regular inventory counts, FIFO control of near‑expiry products and adherence to 5S in storage areas.
- Complete company and brand training programs; share knowledge with colleagues and support peer development.
- Perform daily housekeeping of displays and tester zones, monitor trial product hygiene, and escalate merchandising or product issues to store management.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by store management to support smooth store operations.

Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty advisory experience is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job and brand training will be provided to develop product knowledge and technical skills.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in beauty or cosmetology is advantageous.
