Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Execute cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
• Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
