Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the assigned area.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
