Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Prepare and maintain product displays in the designated area, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Outstanding customer service awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
