Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in the designated area, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Outstanding customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a background in retail or customer service is advantageous.
