Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining company standards for appearance and uniform.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training, as well as brand and in-store training sessions.
- Manage product displays and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
