Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by advising customers on product selection and usage while adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University and other brand-specific training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in assigned areas.
- Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Strong communication and stress management abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and an 8-hour workday.
