Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare product displays in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to explore and take on challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to accept variable scheduling (two days off per week, eight-hour shifts).
