Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as brand and in-store training sessions.
  • Manage designated area by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer purchases at the cash register following standard procedures.
  • Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Excellent customer service awareness.
  • Strong communication and stress management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
